At the market: Our fruit specialists hand-select our fresh fruit from wholesale fruit markets across Cyprus before the break of dawn every morning. We carefully select our fruit mix to ensure the highest quality and the perfect ripeness.

At the packhouse: All fruits are washed with SANITISING products that removes microorganisms by detaching them from the fruits and Sanitising kills them. At the fruit boutique we are following the recommended process and we are using Disinfection tablets that are meet HACCP quidelines.

We prepare our fruit to make it convenient for the workplace e.g. we separate the bananas and grapes into individual portions. This prevents the hoarding of fruit by certain more eager employees! Quality control checks are carried out throughout the packing process to ensure that only the highest quality fruit goes into our baskets.

In transit: Our fruit is handled with the maximum care from the market to drop-off, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

We use every means possible to protect the fruit from bruising during transit.
